CONDITIONS:

Manufacturer is expected to meet 3-year warranty. Customers were required to manually grease the bearings during the warranty period. This was not being done and the manufacturer was receiving warranty claims.

RESULTS:

MicroPoly filled bearings are lasting through the required warranty period. No manual greasing is required. Warranty claims due to lack of lubrication have been eliminated.
