MICROPOLY:

Conveyor chain lubrication with MicroPoly block

CONDITIONS:

Either no lubrication was used, with a short chain life experienced, or manual greasing was required. The alternative was to provide an expensive automatic lubrication system that tended to drip, creating housekeeping and safety problems.

RESULTS:

By using MicroPoly, the housekeeping and safety problems were eliminated, with no manual greasing requirements.
